Readings Policy
- Refund
- If you require a refund, I need 48 hours' notice.
- After 48 hours, you may reschedule your appointment
- If in Canada, you need to have an e-transfer or PayPal account
- Outside of Canada, you need to have a PayPal account
- If unable to have these available, you will be credited in product or service.
- Refunds may take 7-10 business days to be released; then, it may take 2-3
business days to be put into your bank account. Not including Sat., Sun., and
Holidays.
- Cancellation Policy
- Need to notify me before 48 hours of services for a refund
- If needed to cancel after 48 hours, you can reschedule your appointment for
another day
- No Shows forfeit their spot and payment. If unforeseen circumstances arise,
please reach out, and we can discuss a one-time opportunity to reschedule your
appointment.

- Late
- This time has been reserved for you. Please note that if you show up late for our
appointment, you will forfeit your payment but will be allotted the time given. Eg. if
you book an hour's reading and show up 15 minutes late, you will still get a 45
min reading.
- Rhonda tries to be on time for appointments that are booked. Sometimes, some
sessions go over, but you will get your full service. She tries to put a break in
between sessions, so this would be a rare occurrence. The client cannot wait due
to her lateness; they will have an opportunity to reschedule.
- Rhonda tries to keep all scheduled appointment times. Due to unforeseen
circumstances, a session may be cancelled or rescheduled. You will be notified by email
that your appointment may need rescheduled.
- Technical Difficulties
- If unable to go online or technology disruptions, the session may be a phone
reading instead of a Zoom reading.

Subscription Reading
- It may be cancelled at any time. It Must be made 30 days before the next reading is
issued.
- No refund will be given, and the terms of service will be completed at the end of 30 days.

- Yearly subscription payments may be cancelled anytime, but no refund will be issued for
partial payments. You will receive your monthly reading until the 12 months are up.

Online Courses

Live Workshop (Zoom)
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- You may cancel 48 hours before the event to be eligible for a full refund.
- After 48 hours, no refund will be issued, zoom classes will be recorded, and you
will be sent a link to download the class. Please note that the Zoom class gets
deleted 30 days after the Zoom class takes place.
- If a refund is required, please note the following

Live Workshop in Person
- You may cancel 7 days before the event to receive a full refund (See policy around
refund)
- If you cancel 3-6 days before the event, you will receive a partial refund of 75% of the
cost.
- If you cancel 48 or less, no refund will be issued. If made aware that you are not
attending, you will receive a credit of 50% toward online products or services.
- No refund or credit will be given if there is no show at the event.
